Determines if the current material can be placed in mid-air without support.

This method checks specific conditions to decide whether a material is capable of being placed in mid-air. A material can be placed in mid-air if it:

• Does not have gravity.

• Is not classified as vegetation (checked via the isVegetation method).

• Is not one of the following disallowed materials:

• REDSTONE

• REDSTONE_TORCH

• REPEATER

• COMPARATOR

• LEVER

• TRIPWIRE

• Does not have a name containing "BUTTON", "PRESSURE_PLATE", or "RAIL".
